Sonal Mattoo is a lawyer with over 24 years of post-qualification work experience. She founded Helping Hands, in 1996, which helps implement policies against Sexual Harassment/ gender sensitization and other forms of harassment and discrimination at the workplace, besides carrying out training and investigation on complaints filed with the organization. (Sexual harassment, fraud, mis-management, tampering of data, financial irregularity, workplace harassment, bullying, etc.)

Sonal Mattoo on POSH investigations, documentation and report preparation, exclusively. Having garnered experience in the field, Adv. Khyati also serves an external IC member for clients by lending crucial support on POSH. concerns. She is a passionate individual and is committed to the endorsement of equity and equality at the workplace. Outside of her work, she is an avid sports fan and enjoys art and music.

Neha Sunil P

Neha was born and raised in Kerela. She earned a Master’s in Social Works from Calicut University. She is pursuing Ph.D. in Social work. She has earned many certification such as Developing Soft Skills and Personality, IIT Kanpur, Gender Justice and Workplace Security, IIT Kharagpur, Development Research Methods, IIT Guwahati & Interpersonal Skills, IIT Roorkee. Apart from it, she is an active participant in many National Seminars related to Social Work.. She has experience in Case Management, Reporting & Research for Helping Hands. In her spare time, she enjoys Travelling & Reading Books.

Born and raised in Delhi, Tarun earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from University of Delhi. He is working with Helping hands for 5 years and is handling complete clientele and administrative works. He enjoys traveling, trekking and sitting in the lap of nature admiring it.
